Try these 10 tips to help boost your fertility:
Know your cycle. Understand when your fertile window is by determining when you ovulate.
Maintain a healthy weight. Being either under or overweight can have a negative effect on fertility.
Cut out coffee. Heavy consumption of caffeine is associated with lower fertility rates. Try not to drink more than 200 mg of caffeine a day.
Cut the alcohol. Alcohol consumption is linked to decreased fertility. Limit your alcohol intake to less than 2 drinks a day.
Use coconut oil. If you need a lubricant during intercourse, try coconut oil, which won’t affect fertility.
Eat healthy. Eating a well-balanced diet consisting of vitamins and nutrients can promote fertility. Try to include iron, zinc and vitamin C as much as possible.
